I have one subscription that is being used by 10 iPads. If I have an 11th iPad, is it possible to cancel the license on one of the 10 iPads under our subscription that no longer needs to use Toolbox, and assign the license to the 11th iPad?

Yes. Please delete the app on the device where NIH Toolbox will no longer be used, then install the app to the new device. Kindly be informed that when you delete the app, all data collected will also be deleted. Please make sure you export data from the device or perform data back up before deleting the app.
